It is a Sharp Crochet Hook. The tip is sharp so that you no longer need to buy the presewn blankets. You can simply poke your own holes through the material and crochet! I'm not great wording it all, but I do have my own Sharp Crochet Hook, and I LOVE IT! I'm a novice at crocheting, and I've made 3 blankets with mine. Seriously, so easy to use! Here is the link to her website <a href="http://www.sharpcrochethook.com/">Sharp Crochet Hook</a>. Go take a look! You're going to want one!Stewart & Ciera Stouthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07771624711114549525noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1897478049255549247.post-79619163016497569982011-04-14T15:10:00.000-06:002011-04-14T15:10:33.527-06:00Season's ShelfI am auditioning for <a href="http://onemonthtowinit.blogspot.com/">1 Month 2 Win It</a>! I'm so excited, and I really hope that I make it!<br />
<br />
For my audition, I'm pulling something out that I've never shown anyone, unless they've come to my house! It's something that I came up with one day while walking through the store. I kept thinking that I wanted something that could hang in my house all year long, but it would change with every season, holiday, birthday, what ever! This is what I came up with!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-rjdidsLD7qGI9iadSFj5niRBiyyibDUxtvCzti1Ags2QiOBBHeegxP3VaZibLah6HTOFoNXbteAbWHQsWyHsKII1_ui8hptNmkrekZsF4n4X7F9ZlPK6OLCJUsJysE0EJAYw9EEFGftE/s1600/Shelf+0062.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-rjdidsLD7qGI9iadSFj5niRBiyyibDUxtvCzti1Ags2QiOBBHeegxP3VaZibLah6HTOFoNXbteAbWHQsWyHsKII1_ui8hptNmkrekZsF4n4X7F9ZlPK6OLCJUsJysE0EJAYw9EEFGftE/s320/Shelf+0062.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">It's a shelf, that has hooks on the front to hang little blocks with letters on them to spell out words! Here it is for Easter.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjzWsrwiscFXA5Npr7dVug9f_gVbWn_gGum2OTT4QShqKy294CiWud1I-HO7NNQAbYsNldIald1eQoE7Bhis1KGR_pWj9Uv54SGyGCY-v-3piHH3-FY132y7-RRrg-wFyj4dv6VfyQppsS/s1600/Shelf+0042.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjzWsrwiscFXA5Npr7dVug9f_gVbWn_gGum2OTT4QShqKy294CiWud1I-HO7NNQAbYsNldIald1eQoE7Bhis1KGR_pWj9Uv54SGyGCY-v-3piHH3-FY132y7-RRrg-wFyj4dv6VfyQppsS/s320/Shelf+0042.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I made a TON of little tiles for it, so you have 2 of every letter, and a few little pictures (i.e. hearts, leaves, stars, etc) There are also 2 of every number. You can change it up too! Say "Happy" (that's on one tile) "Bday!" Or, "Happy 2 BDAY" or AUTUMN or SUMMER or {Leaf}FALL{Leaf} or {Snowflake}SNOW {Snowflake} or whatever your little heart desires!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Here's one for SPRING!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiDsGVqvFN4tp1ou5vLmuiaHJVbzWyCI1DBs4PCFIil8Rnk4bGAQWauTkpzGMmmxJ04I8KgI-WX3eA92fxW75knKrBYRKTcnqlDSosYvlyYSwZZBTS-9OSgVt6Ulu3lUZ66qItO2S5eiK0C/s1600/Shelf+0022.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="248" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiDsGVqvFN4tp1ou5vLmuiaHJVbzWyCI1DBs4PCFIil8Rnk4bGAQWauTkpzGMmmxJ04I8KgI-WX3eA92fxW75knKrBYRKTcnqlDSosYvlyYSwZZBTS-9OSgVt6Ulu3lUZ66qItO2S5eiK0C/s320/Shelf+0022.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Oh yeah, did I mention that the frame is REMOVABLE?! That's right, you can take that little 4x6 frame off and change out the pictures! Cool, right? And the name on the front is customizable too! The top of the shelf, that says our name on it is actually a box, the top shelf comes off and all the tiles store right inside! I LOVE it! I get lots of comments on it, and since it's so unique, I know that I'm not going to walk into someone else's house and see it there! We painted ours black, because we weren't sure what colors would go with our decor, and black goes with most stuff!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Anyway, here are a few more pictures to enjoy!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />

Our walls are tan, and I would like to paint an accent wall light blue. I want to get a blue and tan bed set, and I'd just LOVE one of these <a href="http://www.tvstands.com/Buhler-Furniture-79939-BUH1015.html">flat panel TV Stands</a>!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0PxoNy_5oKVSpcsYvr8R1LXsaJiDg-OgjhT66zhBFgcNhFdzDCCifHaCiQgPxEl-ptZTH1qbqMD72Db5q0IhyvsNA9buauMxkYE5-l8Hkje7UO5hTDIo9fNVMcbAPXcJr1YkAfIM_sSqH/s1600/Richmond%252BCorner%252BFireplace%252BEntertainment%252Bin%252BChocolate%252BMaple.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0PxoNy_5oKVSpcsYvr8R1LXsaJiDg-OgjhT66zhBFgcNhFdzDCCifHaCiQgPxEl-ptZTH1qbqMD72Db5q0IhyvsNA9buauMxkYE5-l8Hkje7UO5hTDIo9fNVMcbAPXcJr1YkAfIM_sSqH/s320/Richmond%252BCorner%252BFireplace%252BEntertainment%252Bin%252BChocolate%252BMaple.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Isn't that just beautiful?! The really great thing about it is that it is a corner unit, (all of our TV outlets are in the corner of the room) the TV sits higher than the edge of the bed, and a super nice fireplace is built right in! It would be so romantic to watch a movie in the winter, snuggling in bed, with the fireplace on... All we'd need to add is a flat panel TV!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">It'd be so nice to have our room become an oasis from the everyday hectic of life. Right now it's kind of in shambles. I think that if I had stuff that I just LOVED in there, I'd be more motivated to keep it all picked up. (At least that's what I'm telling Stewart to try and talk him into a new bedspread!) </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I'm pretty sure I could spend all day looking at the <a href="http://csnstores.com/">CSN Stores websites</a>! And their <a href="http://www.tvstands.com/">newest one</a> is awesome too!</div>Stewart & Ciera Stouthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07771624711114549525noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1897478049255549247.post-53969421367415725562010-08-01T16:33:00.001-06:002010-08-01T16:33:37.945-06:00New Carseat Cover!I made a new carseat cover! <br />
My husband is sick. He's been sick for a long time. He's had 5 heart surgeries in the past 2 years, 4 of them in the past year. None of them have helped him. We are being referred to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. The whole story is on our new blog, <a href="http://www.sendstewarttomayoclinic.blogspot.com/">Sending Stewart to The Mayo Clinic</a>. We don't have the means to get out to Minnesota, so we are asking for your help. Any type of donation will help. We hate to ask for help, but we really need it right now.<br />
<br />
We are going to have a dinner and auction on July 31, here in Smithfield, UT. Here is the flyer:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiMvrihbzQfWD1T2PT-HU79MZNOUjmTh5axCKD7nW-NCGY9pQvUkKYZjLk_4N5F-JDmVoCJBZlzN__gg_LWCVKcuw8czxAB0m9__u2VzPVpHQ15unc9G3wNkuYQTFP9OOBeHzffeLaQZgM3/s1600/dinner+auction+flyer.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" hw="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiMvrihbzQfWD1T2PT-HU79MZNOUjmTh5axCKD7nW-NCGY9pQvUkKYZjLk_4N5F-JDmVoCJBZlzN__gg_LWCVKcuw8czxAB0m9__u2VzPVpHQ15unc9G3wNkuYQTFP9OOBeHzffeLaQZgM3/s400/dinner+auction+flyer.jpg" width="308" /></a></div><br />
We are also doing a neighborhood garage sale on August 7. When we figure out a time and place, I will let you all know.<br />
<br />
I am going to try to do an on-line auction with the help of all my crafty blogger friends. Any way that you can help us is appreciated. Even if it's passing on the link to our nw blog! Please grab a button and post it on your blog. <br />
<br />
If you'd like to donate money, we have paypal set up on the blog as well! <br />
<br />
Thank you to everyone. Thank you for giving us a chance to live a normal life. Thank you.Stewart & Ciera Stouthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07771624711114549525noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1897478049255549247.post-91244313176484096242010-07-14T14:47:00.001-06:002010-07-14T14:48:41.295-06:00We need your help!So, I'm not the type of person to ask for help, especially like this... BUT... Extreme situations call for EXTREME measures!<br />
<br />
This month has been crazy hectic for us. Here is a break down for you!<br />
<br />
<strong><u>ME</u></strong><br />
<ul><li>I have been having A LOT of stomach issues. I had a CT scan about a month ago, and they didn't find anything. Then about a week ago, I had an ultrasound, and everything looked fine. I am scheduled to have an Endoscopy next Thursday. Then, if that comes back fine, I go into my OB/GYN on the 2nd of Aug. for a pre-op appointment and have a Laproscopy for possible Endometriosis on Aug 4th. </li>
<li>My pain is so bad that I can't pick the kids up, I don't sleep, and I'm in terrible pain all of the time. I've lost A TON of weight too! </li>
</ul><strong><u>HAYDEN</u></strong><br />
<ul><li>We took Hayden to his 2 Year Well Child Check, and they had to freeze some sores that were on his tummy and left arm off. </li>
<li>They sent us to an Orthopedic Dr because his right wrist dislocates really easily. We went there today, and he now has a cast on his arm, with his palm facing up, and his elbow bent at a 90 degree angle. He keeps that on for 3 weeks. </li>
</ul><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiU29nC3jRz4UYhyLtPwjKhSqrerly58Hm13v1pf_424-X7mqCJEWFO-FLE801wi01kIhh3afguz0I7dNVRoAaFjIkEr3B5l7wjx-So6vh7Dg6-wot9k7WJV4hD9SmNjJvCsNd6PD6muQ_O/s1600/Hayden+Cast.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" rw="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiU29nC3jRz4UYhyLtPwjKhSqrerly58Hm13v1pf_424-X7mqCJEWFO-FLE801wi01kIhh3afguz0I7dNVRoAaFjIkEr3B5l7wjx-So6vh7Dg6-wot9k7WJV4hD9SmNjJvCsNd6PD6muQ_O/s320/Hayden+Cast.jpg" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">At least he likes it!</div><br />
<ul><li>On Friday, we are taking him to Primary Children's Hospital to see if he needs surgery for a hernia he has on his tummy. It was supposed to go away on it's own, but since it hasn't yet, he might need surgery to fix it. </li>
<li>He weighs 31.5 lbs and is 35 1/2 inches tall! </li>
</ul><br />
<strong><u>KEAGAN</u></strong><br />
<ul><li>He's doing fine. Starting to teeth, and won't sleep much, but he's at least HEALTHY!!! </li>
</ul><br />
<strong><u>STEWART</u></strong><br />
<ul><li>His surgery didn't work. </li>
<li>He's not better. </li>
<li>He's not passing out as often, but he's out A LOT longer when he goes out now. </li>
<li>There is nothing else that the doctors here in Utah can do for him. </li>
<li>He is being sent to the Mayo Clinic is Minnesota. </li>
<li>They have doctor's that specialize in more specific things than we do here. </li>
</ul>Now, we can choose to have Stewart live with all of this, or we can go to Minnesota and try ONE more time to get him fixed. The problems that we are facing are these:<br />
<br />
<ul><li>Our insurance ends this month (most likely. We send the check every month and cross our fingers that it gets cashed!)</li>
<li>COBRA the insurance we can get after ours ends is more a month than we make.</li>
<li>The hospital is Out-Of-Network on our insurance anyway.</li>
<li>To fly out to the hospital, and stay there just a week, is over $1,500.</li>
<li>We'll have to come up with over $6,000 to just pay for one trip out there. If it takes more than one trip, it will cost more.</li>
<li>We don't have that kind of money, especially since Stewart only gets disability checks, and I am just starting work.</li>
</ul><br />
I'm not asking for hand-outs. I'm asking for ideas, or items donated, so we can hold a silent auction, and on-line auction, or something to raise money with. We have to come up with the money fast so that we can get out there.<br />
<br />
I'm sorry to put all of this on here. I really hate to. I just don't know what else to do. I NEED my husband to get better! We really can't live like this.<br />
<br />

<br />
In person I seem like a very confident person, but I don't have the best self-confidence. I really care about what people think. I shouldn't. I know that. Stewart tells me all the time. I can't help it. Because I care so much, it's really hard for me to put things that I make up and out for everyone to see. I want everyone to like what I make, I know that isn't possible, but I still really want everyone to like it. The project I put on my blog swap was something that I thought up. I didn't know if there were others like it. I had seen a few different kinds, but I made it my own. I adapted it, and added to it. I made it something that I really can't do without. I use it everyday, and it makes my life easier. I was told by someone that I had copied it. That it wasn't original and that other people have the same thing.<br />
<br />
It is likely that someone else has thought up something similar, and that they have made one. I didn't copy them. I'm sorry if I offended anyone with my carseat cover/nursing cover. I was just trying to make something to help benefit my family.<br />
<br />
So the decision is up to you people... Should I keep the blog? Or not?Stewart & Ciera Stouthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07771624711114549525noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1897478049255549247.post-69549388509904215852010-06-24T09:00:00.001-06:002010-06-24T09:00:06.041-06:00Swapping Blogs!<div align="center"><div align="left">Hi, Everyone! Today I'm swapping blogs with Amanda from "Every Crafty Endeavor"! I'm showing a new really cute baby item! Head on over to her <a href="http://www.everycraftyendeavor.blogspot.com/">blog</a> and check it out!</div><br />
Hello Stout Made Craft Readers! I am excited to be here today posting a little something on Ciera's fun little blog! I know she is new to blogging so it is fun to be here and help her out a little bit! </div><div align="center"><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">My name is Amanda and I am the creative mind behind “Every Crafty Endeavor.” I am married to a dashingly handsome, hard-working man named Spencer and we have a little boy named Quinn! I work part time as a writer on a marketing team for an Engineering Company and craft in my “spare time.” I have been a “mommy blogger” for a couple years – and started <a href="http://www.everycraftyendeavor.com/">Every Crafty Endeavor</a> to showcase some crafty ideas that I have made. </div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><a href="http://www.everycraftyendeavor.com/"><img alt="" border="0" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5463072369349283682" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_OYZ1OKQ0Wg8/S9C7YBVQz2I/AAAAAAAAHWU/rVJhgPGRgzw/s400/header+copy.jpg" style="cursor: hand; height: 126px; width: 232px;" /></a></div>Sometimes I come up with ideas on my own and sometimes I see ideas that I love and copy - always giving credit of course! That is what I love about blogging - everyone shares ideas and our homes and babies and lives are much cuter! I love to craft and cook and I have lots of fun ideas and tutorials that I love to share. I am constantly thinking about things to cook, make or sew, accessories that pop, ways to decorate my home and things to photograph.<br />
Since the Forth of July is right around the corner I thought it would be fun to showcase a couple of Patriotic projects I have been working on! <br />
First is my Fabric <a href="http://www.everycraftyendeavor.com/2010/05/memorial-day-wreath.html">Fourth of July Wreath</a><br />

We did this one a little differently though. <br />
<br />
You'll need about 3 feet of wire, the same amount of pipe insulator, and some electrical tape. You'll also need about 3 spools of ribbon. I used double sided ribbon, so that I only needed 3, but it was really like 6 colors. You'll also need a glue gun with plenty of glue! Sorry I don't have a picture of the things you need, but I'm sure you understand everything so far!<br />
<br />
Bend your wire into the shape of an egg, and tape the ends together so that it stays that shape.<br />
<div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEglitF_-dPFUED3Vr7SjPOENb4ftNHgpsjrzFgKEEJUWABPV4Gk29ZkZ5RGC-YQzp3jNkmeeTMW3l-1os1tnNEszE4UJd7YiRFx9F1mnqFMBkWh1Y_K8UnYBosT5_eOtSRhbQ8AI8cobjVB/s1600-h/egg++wire.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEglitF_-dPFUED3Vr7SjPOENb4ftNHgpsjrzFgKEEJUWABPV4Gk29ZkZ5RGC-YQzp3jNkmeeTMW3l-1os1tnNEszE4UJd7YiRFx9F1mnqFMBkWh1Y_K8UnYBosT5_eOtSRhbQ8AI8cobjVB/s400/egg++wire.jpg" vt="true" width="300" /></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg3x0fA4LAVQTiVe9Q4LQgXv6zHYkeTWhLJsr-ZoBebAG5RcNUUGMiq7PgQjxIyrWiwdXuFkuz5fd_UmcugHU1eK9Lo7V8G3EBxpohHhJXthUbJd85QFHRovOV3z6wxbwYyAi8l0POQ4bU1/s1600-h/egg+taped.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="305" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg3x0fA4LAVQTiVe9Q4LQgXv6zHYkeTWhLJsr-ZoBebAG5RcNUUGMiq7PgQjxIyrWiwdXuFkuz5fd_UmcugHU1eK9Lo7V8G3EBxpohHhJXthUbJd85QFHRovOV3z6wxbwYyAi8l0POQ4bU1/s400/egg+taped.jpg" vt="true" width="400" /></a></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">Next, wrap your pipe insulator around the wire, and tape around the whole thing.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgeVu_cQFZmPKmkF7u7WEt27lKXXDLbYLP3N4tK3ZSlWlm7UtxdJtJgXf2lLFEEt5Xy3482OI6p2DA_R2ZceupQZzesn8ZAtIIXaNDrCWX1P6_KnZ84BV2yxddloEDUgeL94t8kQ7fDkBaw/s1600-h/egg+wrapped.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgeVu_cQFZmPKmkF7u7WEt27lKXXDLbYLP3N4tK3ZSlWlm7UtxdJtJgXf2lLFEEt5Xy3482OI6p2DA_R2ZceupQZzesn8ZAtIIXaNDrCWX1P6_KnZ84BV2yxddloEDUgeL94t8kQ7fDkBaw/s400/egg+wrapped.jpg" vt="true" width="400" /></a></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">This is where I did something different. Instead of tying material around the wire, I used the ribbon. I hot glued the top corner of one side, pulled it tight across the egg and hot glued the other top corner. Then after it had dried, I pulled it tight and glued the bottom two corners. I started at the top of the egg and worked my way down. </div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwVFG97kITAozwnYdMYOEvhbjLD5q4gwIZCqUMrUtE1mUPzvFFJ2P9ss82mXS6IrnIfZHNfQI0Igg7mi1Umx752LyGs_o3nWu6Q5eKuuv4IF_rDf_nLS-ZMuM_0Az0Go9GClV8t5TMpO4X/s1600-h/egg+finished.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwVFG97kITAozwnYdMYOEvhbjLD5q4gwIZCqUMrUtE1mUPzvFFJ2P9ss82mXS6IrnIfZHNfQI0Igg7mi1Umx752LyGs_o3nWu6Q5eKuuv4IF_rDf_nLS-ZMuM_0Az0Go9GClV8t5TMpO4X/s400/egg+finished.jpg" vt="true" width="300" /></a></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">When I was done, I used some of the extra ribbon to hide the sides where my ribbon was glued. I cut the ribbon in half and put the nice side towards the front so that it looks nicer. If you don't want to do this, just wrap your ribbon farther around the egg. That way, you'll just see the ribbon going down the side, instead of black. I cut a few of my strips to short, that's why I had to do this.</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiL7Uu_Y4ocLQuv4d1QelGW9opef7lcKrcHEWYvfwmD-Buzp-Owk77mLoPrg_HOHdzyIkKXu4pfJBo1nG_5awsqg5Ds_mRLGdSuBZJUagkRSWia8_8H5juS00gLddyc0QyvaXk6zN3slu8P/s1600-h/egg+side.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiL7Uu_Y4ocLQuv4d1QelGW9opef7lcKrcHEWYvfwmD-Buzp-Owk77mLoPrg_HOHdzyIkKXu4pfJBo1nG_5awsqg5Ds_mRLGdSuBZJUagkRSWia8_8H5juS00gLddyc0QyvaXk6zN3slu8P/s400/egg+side.jpg" vt="true" width="300" /></a></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">I had some trouble keeping the egg shape, so after I had wrapped my ribbon all around the edges and everything, we took an old wire hanger and cut it into strips to keep the ribbon tight and keep the egg shape.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjxUiiE7tfVbAeYV0y4CbTSssmvbJgB0h1z3DcfRtJJVC8EAs7RrLeKo5WnOydYQOlG987sVJ66EJDLLTwhyHMhi-COCO1oIdSGRrT8p4_jAkHsKt6FrM7jVt0F9FAhBhCc30m7F7K-tu70/s1600-h/egg+back.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjxUiiE7tfVbAeYV0y4CbTSssmvbJgB0h1z3DcfRtJJVC8EAs7RrLeKo5WnOydYQOlG987sVJ66EJDLLTwhyHMhi-COCO1oIdSGRrT8p4_jAkHsKt6FrM7jVt0F9FAhBhCc30m7F7K-tu70/s320/egg+back.jpg" vt="true" /></a></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">And there ya go! I made some for my son too, and he LOVES them! He won't let me take them off! He has HUGE feet, but I was able to make a pattern for him, so most sizes can be ordered! Just leave me a comment!<br />

It's fun, but sad at the same time. Lately, he loves following us into the bathroom. While we're going to the bathroom... Yes. I know. Weird.<br />
<br />
Anyway, he likes to go in with us and "talk" to us. It's really funny actually. Well, we're in the process of re-painting our downstairs bathroom. Stewart got some cool colored paint that was a mistint for SUPER cheap, so we started painting and just haven't gotten around to finish it yet. We've had the can of paint just sitting in the bathroom to remind us to finish (it hasn't really helped, but maybe one day it'll get us to kick into gear!) It sits next to the toilet, in the corner of the room. Hayden has started to sit on the can of paint while we're in the bathroom, and then wanting to wash his hands with us when we're done. It's cute. I've been wanting to get a picture of it, but I still haven't downloaded all of my pictures off of my camera, (I'm horrible, I know). I decided today that I was going to get a picture of him on my phone and even though it is just a 2.0 Mega Pixel camera, I'm going to post a picture. (That's all I've been doing for my craft pictures too. I really need to download my camera though!)<br />
<br />
So, here's my little man pretending to go to the bathroom! (Don't worry, no one else is in the picture! I had to bribe him to get him to sit on the can without one of us on the toilet!)<br />
<br />
